1. Updating your software and virus definitions

Rising Antivirus provides regular updates to ensure that your software and virus definitions are up to date. For more information, refer to SmartUpdate.

2.1 Product Upgrade

If you have a previous version of any Rising software, you may receive a discount when purchasing an upgraded version, as long as they are in the same product family (e.g. Rising Antivirus Personal Edition, Rising Personal Firewall, etc.). For detailed information on upgrade programs and fees, please visit the Rising website or contact our Customer Service Center.

2.2 Customer Support

If you have any questions or problems regarding your Rising software or Internet security, you can contact us by calling the Rising Customer Service Center, by filling in the inquiry form on the Online Service Website or by visiting our Customer Service Center at our headquarters.

3. Data Recovery

With the rapid growth of the Internet and digital media, computers have become a central part of our lives.
