Switch Mode
How to switch between modes
- In the main window, select Actions
> Switch Mode and click the preferred mode.
- OR Right-click
the firewall tray icon, select Switch Mode
in the pop-up menu, then select the preferred mode.
Available modes
Shopping Mode: Use this mode when
engaging in business transactions online. Applications
not specified in the rules that try to access the network
will be denied access.
Silent Mode: Use this mode when you
do not wish to be disturbed. Applications not specified
in the rules that try to access the network will be
denied access without notifying the user.
Standard Mode: Use this mode for general
network use. You will be prompted when applications
not specified in the rules try to access the network.
